What is the human brain's clock frequency?

Imagine that there is a light that change between blue and green with a certain frequency. Imagine now that this frequency increases until you see a yellow light. What can we say about that moment? Just think about it in another way. There are frames, just like a movie. When 2 frames merge into one due to speed we have a similar problem. Can we say that this frequency is also the brain's frequency?
